At Key West Candle Company, we take pride in handcrafting each candle with care and quality. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges:
If you received the wrong scent or item, we’ll gladly exchange it. Just reach out with your order number and photos, and we’ll provide instructions for the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your candle arrives broken or defective, please email us at keywestcandlecompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
